Jewish lobby in Washing- ton. In his report to the ADL national commission meet- ing in New York, Bialkin said that what this country needs is "more, not less in- terested citizens to exercise these rights." Bialkin, who was elected to a second two-year term by the com- mission, also discussed anti-Semitism, the Presidential campaign and developments in Israel.
