Sinai opens health care center

Sinai Hospital will celeb-
rate the opening of its out-
patient Health Care Center
on Farmington, just north of
Maple, with a free Fitness
Fair on Sunday from 1 to 5
p.m. Free health tests and
counseling, refreshments
and clowns will highlight
the afternoon.
,
There will be pre-
sentations on stress man-
agement and relaxation
techniques and demonstra-
tions of exercise testing and
training.
There also will be free
wheelchair maintenance
evaluations and pre-
sentations on fitness for the
handicapped.
Free speech and hearing
screenings for adults ,and
children and free blood
pressure tests will be of-
fered. Also available will be
counseling on nutrition for
persons on regular and
diabetic diets and sugges-
tions for staying fit with ar-
thritis.
