Network Statewide Confer-
ence to be held June 10 at
Temple Emanu-El in Grand
Rapids.
Bar began his career in
Israel's Ministry of Foreign
affairs in 1977 and has held
various posts including per-
sonal assistant to the de-
puty director general and
first secretary at the Lon-
don Embassy. He assumed
his present post in August
1983.
A graduate of Hebrew
University in Jerusalem,
Bar served three years in
the Artillery Corps of the Is-
rael Defense Forces.
