The program is a high- light of the annual Mildred S. Steinberg and Andrew Chalat Memorial Concert of Temple Israel. Movie and television star Ed Asner, perhaps best known as the star of theLou Grant television show, will narrate the dramatic por- tions of the concert. The Jackson Symphony Orchestra, with Stephen Ormond as director, will be featured along with soloists Cantor Harold Orbach, tenor, and Elsie Inselman, soprano.
