The festivities, which in- clude dinner and the dedica- tion of a major project in Is- rael in the honorees' names, began in 1963 when the late Mr. Abe Kasle was honored. The Allans will be hon- ored with the naming of the JNF project in Israel for them. The Allans project is the ' latest in the listaJNF proj- ects established, by De- troiters.
