Set for 6:30 p.m. at the Jimmy Prentis Morris branch of the Jewish Com- munity Center ; the pro- gram will feature Norma Harpaz of Geriatrics Screening, a non-profit organization. Her topic will be "Advocacy and the El- derly." Now in its fourth year, Project Outreach provides friendship and Jewish iden- tification for over 200 resi- dents of Detroit's inner city.- Project Outreach staff worker Faye Menczer di- rects the program's activi- ties, with the help of volun- teer Joe LaPides.
