Cowan, a dentist with offices in Far- mington Hills, died April 21 at age 84. Born in Canada, Dr. Cowan was a fellow of the Royal Society of Health in Canada, a member of the American Dental Associa- tion, Michigan Dental Society and Detroit Dental Society. He was graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School in 1929. Dr. Cowan was a life member of the Detroit Dis- trict Dental Society and was listed in Who's Who in American Dentistry.
