Mr. and Mrs. Harold Me-
tier of Southfield will be
honored this weekend by
their children and grand-
children on the occasion of
their 50th wedding an-
niversary.
Their children are Mr.
and Mrs. Norbert Metler,
Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Me-
tler and Elaine Million. The
senior Metlers have four
grandchildren.
Mrs. Metler is a member
of the Primrose Benevolent
Club and the Philip Hand-
ler Chapter of Bnai Brith.
Both the senior Metlers are
members of the Judea Club
of Berkley.

Passover topic
of nursery

The Cong. Shaarey Zedek
Beth Hayeled will sponsor a
Passover workshop at 7:30
p.m. Wednesday in the Mor-
ris Adler Hall of the syna-
gogue.
The program will focus on
preparing the parents of
young children for a more
meaningful Passover ex-
perience through a greater
understanding of the Seder.
Rabbi Lee Paskind will
present an overview of
Passover and conduct a
model Seder, including the
prayers, rituals and
melodies. A question and
answer session will follow.
Refreshments will be
served and there is no ad-
mission charge.
