Kannons mark
65th anniversary
Mr. and Mrs. Morris
(Jennie) Kannon of South-
field celebrated their 65th
wedding anniversary
Thursday.
The Kannons' children
are Robert Kannon and
Edythe Mevis. The senior
Kannons have six grand-
children and seven great-
grandchildren. Born iL
Russia, both the Kannons
came to the U.S. in their
youth.
Kannon retired from;
business in 1945. Mrs.j
Kannon volunteered at
Borman Hall for many
years.
