2 cups matza farfel
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 t§p cinnamon
1 /4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup Sun-Maid Raisins
3 eggs, well beaten
3 /4 cup oil
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
Combine matza meal, farfel,
sugar, cinnamon, ginger and
salt. Stir in nuts and raisins.
Beat eggs, oil and banana to-
gether very thoroughly. Beat
into dry mixture very
thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon-
ful onto well-greased cookie
sheets. Bake in a moderate
oven (350 degrees) 20 minutes
or until browned. Makes about
50.
