Hall.
Beginning at 9 a.m., the
day-long workshop will fea-
ture Naomi Feil as guest

validation fantasy therapy
techniques for helping dis-
oriented elderly.

3 tbsps. lemon juice
2 tsps. grated lemon rind
Dash of salt
1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia
Brand cream- cheese, sof-
tened
1 cup whipping cream, whip-
ped
Beat egg whites and cream
of tartar until foamy; gradually
add sugar, beating until stiff
peaks form. Pipe mixture
using pastry tube or shape
with back of spoon into 9-inch
shell on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
Turn off oven; dry in oven 2
hours.
Combine egg yolks, V3 cup
sugar, juice, rind and salt.
Cook, stirring constantly, over
medium heat 8 to 10 minutes
or until thickened. Cool. Com-
bine 2 tablespoons sugar and
cream cheese, mixing until
well blended. Gradually add
egg yolk mixture to cream
cheese, mixing until well
blended. Fold in whipped
cream. Spread cream cheese
mixture into meringue shell;
chill. Yield: 8 servings.
Variation: Prepare meringue
as directed. Shape into eight
3 1/2-inch shells on greased
cookie sheet. Bake at 225 de-
grees, 1 hour. Continue as di-
rected.

bers of the Jewish Defense
League (JDL) picketed the
home of Screen Actors Guild
(SAG) President Ed Asner
last week protesting the
guild's $1,500 donation to
actress Vanessa Redgrave's
legal battle against the Bos-
ton Symphony.
Miss Redgrave is suing
the orchestra for breach of
contract, claiming that her
scheduled appearances as a
narrator were canceled be-
cause she supports the
Palestine Liberation
Organization.
