rael, will speak at the Hillel
Foundation at Wayne State
University at noon Monday.
Elazar is involved in the
Beta Yisrael, the black
Jewish community of
Ethiopia, in its goals of re-
settlement in Israel.
Elazar was graduated
from Tel Aviv University.
His major field of study is
Middle Eastern politics. He
is fluent in many lan-
guages, including English.
