8:45 a.m. services Saturday
in the main sanctuary. A
noon luncheon will follow
for those who have made
advanced reservations.
Participating in the serv-
ices will be members of
Lahav United Synagogue
Youth, Kadima Junior
USY, and Bnai Mazal.
Kochavim will lead the Ein
Kelohenu and Nitzanim
will lead the Adon Olam.
Beth Achim's second an-
nual in-synagogue retreat
will take place today-
Sunday. The theme this
year is "Nuclear War: A
Jewish - Perspective."
Among the_ event's high-
lights will be a film, simula-
tion games and workshops.

their annual Tamarack
winter retreat today
through Sunday. Theme of
the retreat will be "Essen-
tial Beliefs: The How Comes
and Whys of Orthodox, Con-
servative and Reform
Judaism."
The weekend will include
outdoor activities, tradi-
tional Shabat observance,
study sessions and a social.
Co-sponsor is the Cong.
Beth Abraham Hillel Moses

Ruach will have a pizza
and games afternoon at 1:30
p.m. Sunday in the youth
lounge. There is a nominal

there is a "Supper and
Learn With the Rabbi"
session at the synagogue.
Rabbi Morton Yolkut di-
rects the sessions. There

Story Hour (nursery

at 10 a.m. every Shabat.

United Synagogue Youth
will meet 3 p.m. Feb. 3 in
the youth house across the
street from the synagogue.
Plans for the Purim fair will
be discussed. New members
in grades nine-12 are in-

Shabat at 8 p.m. Feb. 17 in
the youth house. The group
will play "Jewish Trivial
