8 Empire Turkey Thighs
1 egg slightly beaten
3 tbsps. pareve margarine
melted
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 1/4 cups corn flake crumbs
Dip turkey thighs in mixture
of egg and 1/4 cup soy sauce.
Then coat turkey thighs with
corn flake crumbs. Bake in a
shallow pan, well-greased, in a
single layer. Drizzle with 3
tbsps. melted margarine. Bake
at 350 degrees for about 1 hour
or until thighs are tender. Do

1/4 cup melted margarine
11/4 cups corn flake crumbs
3 tbsps. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dip turkey thighs in mixture
of melted margarine, lemon
juice and lemon peel, grated.

pepper. Place in shallow pan,
