as part of the education program of the Jewish
Chautauqua Society. Pictured with Trunsky is Pastor
Alan Druckenmiller of the Lutheran church. The
society, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary,
communicates the facts about Jews and Judaism to
students - at more than 700 colleges, at Christian sum-
mer camps, on television and radio and in films. Loc-
ally, Rabbi Richard Hertz is teaching on behalf of the
society at the University of Detroit, Rabbi Harold
Loss at Oakland University and Rabbi Lane Steinger
at Schoolcraft College. Minsky speaks to Christian
groups on Friday nights at Temple Israel.

The candles burn bright,
Their glitter and their sparkle
