Miss Newman Plans to Marry The next BBG Council meeting will be held 7 p.m. Thursday at the Bnai Brith &Hiding. The next AZA Council meet- ing will be held 7 p.m. Dec. 5 in the same facility. The meetings will focus on final details for the forthcoming regional convention, which will take place Dec. 25-29 at the main Jewish Com- munity Center. AZA and BBG members will participate in the fifth annual Youth Symposium on the Holocaust, which will take place 9 a.m. Dec. 7 at the Metropolitan United Methodist Church, 8000 Woodward, Detroit. The program is co-sponsored by the Greater Detroit Round Table of the National Con- ference of Christians and Jews and by the Jewish Community Council. The theme of this year's symposium is "Before It Is Too Late." Students will be excused from school for this program. The cost of the program is free, but BBYO will offer transportation by chartered bus from the BBYO office at 8:30 a.m. at a nominal charge. Particip- ants should bring a bag lunch.
