She has been a fellow of the MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, N.H. Her husband received a bachelor's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a PhD de- gree in physics from the University of California at Berkeley. Gymnast Wins Olympic Berth Nanci Goldsmith, 17, of Bloomfield Hills, has just returned from the World Gymnastics Cham- pionships in Budapest, Hungary, where her per- formance earned her a berth in the 1984 Summer Olym- pics in Los Angeles, as a member of the Israeli Olympic Team. With the balance beam as her specialty, Miss Goldsmith won two gold medals and one silver medal at the Maccabia Games in Israel. She finished second on the balance beam in the U.S. Women's Cham- pionship in 1981 and was also second in the 1981 In- ternational Team Cham- pionships. Bring to full boil. Add flour all at once and cook, stirring until mixture forms ball. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addi- tion. Beat in cheese. Drop by tablespoonsful onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden. Remove to wire rack to cool. Split and fill with your favorite filling. Makes about 24 puffs.
