for Boys, The Sally Allan
Alexander Beth Jacob
School for Girls and The
Yeshivah Gedolah of
Greater Detroit, will have
their 69th annual dinner 7

the oldest and largest He-
brew day school system in
Michigan. The schools,
which educate close to 600
students, provide accredited
programs for Hebrew and
secular education for boys
and girls from kindergarten
through 12th grade. The
Yeshivah Gedolah depart-
ment includes a rabbinical
college which is accredited
by the Michigan Depart-
ment of Education.

Egypt's Pledge

CAIRO (ZINS) — Egyp-
tian President Hosni
Mubarak told the news-
paper Sharkh Al Auft that
Egypt would not break dip-
lomatic relations with Is-
rael because it would give
Israel an excuse to attack
Egypt and other Arab coun-
tries.
Mubarak reiterated his
commitment to honor the
Camp David agreements,
adding, "Israel's existence
is a fact of life whether or
not the Arab world is pre-
pared to acknowledge it."

JERUSALEM (JNI) — A
new device which stores
fingerprints on a video disc
and compares a suspect's
fingerprints with those in
its memory for instant iden-
tification has been de-
veloped for use by police of-
ficials in Israel.
