Dr. Marvin Zalman, asso-
ciate professor and chair-
man of the criminal justice
department at Wayne State
University, will speak on
"Sentencing Disparity and
Guidelines — Injustice and
Promise" at 1 p.m. today at
the Jimmy Prentis Morris
Branch of the Jewish Com-
munity Center.
This is the fourth lecture
in the fall series sponsored
by WSU and the senior
adult department of the
Jewish Center.
The lecture is free and
open to the public.
