Israelis Barred
from Zimbabwe
NEW YORK — Zim-
babwe has restricted the
entry of Israelis into the
country, the New York
Times reported.
The NYTimes said that
Zimbabwe immigration of-
ficials were ordered several
weeks ago to screen Israelis
wanting to come to the Afri-
can country.
The two countries have no
diplomatic ties, and Zim-
babwe has repeatedly said it
supports the Palestinian
cause.
