coffee shop 10 p.m.-2 a.m.
(Same a la carte menu was
used in Dining Room). Six
dinner menus —one daily in
Dining Room only 5 p.m.-10
p.m., one Banquet menu
used for private parties.
Menus were made up 5,000
at a time, each shift a differ-
ent color, with a number to
designate which shift, or
day, it was to be used.
