Israel Political Analyst Katz
to Address Einstein Forum

Shmuel Katz, one of Is-
rael's leading political
analysts and writers, whose
columns appear regularly
in the Jerusalem Post and
Maariv, will address the
Einstein Luncheon Forum
noon Oct. 27 at Southfield
Charley's, it was announced
by Judges Ira G. Kaufman
and Norman W. Feder, co-
chairmen of the forum.
Katz was a member of the

High Command of the Ir-
gun, the pre-state Israel
underground resistance or-
ganization and a member of
the first Knesset represent-
ing the Herut party.
He is a former adviser for
overseas information to
Prime Minister Menahem
Begin. Katz is the author of
four books - "Days of Fire,"
"Battleground," "The Hol-
low Peace" and "Battle-

Rabbi Inspects Sinai Meats

At the request of the As-
sociation of Kosher Meat
Dealers of Detroit, Rabbi
Jack Goldman, adminis-
trator of the Metropolitan
Kashruth Council of Michi-
gan, recently inspected the
facilities of Sinai Kosher
Foods Corp. of Chicago.
Rabbi Goldman reported
that Sinai had bought out
many smaller companies.
recently, and was now pro-
ducing meat provisions
under a variety of labels. All
the products put out by
Sinai bear the number 48.
The brand names include
Sinai 48, Best, Wilno, Fein-
berg, Chicago. Brand and
Palestine. He said they are
all equally kosher and are
produced under conditions
which meet the highest re-
quirements of Jewish diet-
ary law.

ing with King Hussein of

quoted as saying he was
