will present pianist David
Syme in concert at its
next luncheon meeting
noon Oct. 24 at the temple.
Syme has performed with
the Detroit Symphony Or-
chestra and received an
award from the Michigan
Foundation for the Arts. He
also has appeared in
FRUIT BASKETS

Europe. He will perform
classical pieces and show
tunes.
There is a charge and
non-members are invited.

2 complete turkey wings
garlic powder
3 /4 lb. zucchini, thinly sliced
1 large onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
6 medium potatoes
salt
pepper
2 tbsps. melted margarine
paprika
Remove turkey meat from
bones and dice. Sprinkle with
garlic powder. Brown zuc-
chini, onion and pepper in oil.
Mix with turkey meat. Layer a
3-qt. casserole pan with 1/2 the.
mashed potatoes which have
been cooked ahead of time
and mixed with salt, pepper
and margarine. Then add the
turkey-vegetable mixture on
top. Place remaining mashed
potatoes on top of that and
sprinkle with paprika. Bake at
350 degrees for about 30 mi-
nutes or until it is thoroughly
hot. Serves 6.
