Loophole's Prime Rib and
Polynesian Buffet . . . every
Friday and Saturday even-
ing, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.. . . The
restaurant will resemble
the South Seas in sight,
sound and smell as each

guest receives a lei when
entering . . . and served by
waiters and waitresses in
tropical dress . . . Live en-
tertainment will present is-
land music.
Rather than the typical
rolls and crackers on tables,
guests will receive a relish
dish filled with fresh veget-

ables and dip . . . The ex-
panded buffet includes a
salad bar with 16 different
salads, ranging from tossed
garden greens to shrimp
salad, Waldorf salad, mari-
nated meat salad and fruit
molds . . . Prime rib and
lamb will be carved to order
. . . Other new hot entrees
include chicken cashew,
lobster Newburg, beef and
pea pods and punzit noodles.
Guests will also enjoy
fresh, stir-fried vegetables
prepared in the dining
room. •
For an. additional $1.50
each, Loophole's features
three fresh fruit desserts,
including the Cantaloper
(rainbow sherbet, pineapple
chunks, strawberris, papa-
ya and orange segments in a
cantaloupe star);
Pina Kalahaua (lemon
sherbet, pineapple, melon
balls and melba sauce in a
pineapple wedge) and
Coconut Royal (lime sher-
bet, strawberries; bananas
and lithe nuts in a half of a
coconut) . . . Tropical fruit
drinks will also be served at
$1.75 each.
No reservations will be
accepted . . . and there'll
also be chopsticks on the ta-
bles.
