Dr. Lester Zeff and Max
Sosin are co-chairmen of the
Balfour Celebration Com-
mittee.

neficiaries of the Balfour
Celebration will be the
700 youngsters at Kfar
Silver, Israel, who are re-
ceiving a secondary edu-
cation and agricultural
training under the au-
spices of the Zionist Or-
ganization of America.

the hospital's new Mothers

Tongue-Noodle
Recipe Offered

(Copyright 1983, JTA, Inc.)
1 fresh cooked tongue
1/2 tsp. chili powder
12 oz. tomato paste
2 tbsps. salad oil
16 oz. water
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
15 stuffed olives
12 oz. noodles, cooked and
drained
Chill tongue, skin and slice.
Brown garlic and onions in hot
oil. Mix tomato paste with
water and chili powder and
add to onions and garlic. Mix.
Add olives. Layer slices of
tongue, tongue sauce, tongue,
noodles and sauce in a
lightly-greased casserole.
Bake covered at 350 degrees
for 1/2 hour.
