Leftover books are donated
to hospitals, nursing homes,
schools, prisons and social
service agencies.
All the proceeds of Bran-
deis Used Book Sale go to
Brandeis libraries where,
during the past year, a
quarter of a million books
were lent . . . The libraries,
as of 1982, contain 1.5 mil-
lion books and microtexts.
