Welber Barr of Lathrup Village, a daughter, Rachel Lynn. 1 Jarlsberg Vegetable Bake medium eggplant, sliced Y4 cup oil 3 medium zucchini, sliced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup green pepper strips 'A cup sliced green onion 1 medium clove garlic, minced 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 1 /8 tsp. pepper 2 cups shredded jarlsberg cheese Saute eggplant in oil in skil- let, browning lightly on both sides; set aside. Saute zuc- chini, mushrooms, green pep- per, green onion and garlic several minutes. Add to- matoes, salt and pepper. Alternate layers of vegetables and cheese in shallow 11/2 quart buttered baking dish. End with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings. .
