Ricotta Stuffed
Mushrooms
8 to 12 large mushrooms
1 slice bread
1 tbsp. milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup Sorrento whole milk
ricotta
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
grated parmesan or romano
cheese
Preheat oven to 350 de-
grees. Remove stems, from
mushrooms and chop fine.
Soak bread in milk and
squeeze dry. Mix bread, chop-
ped stems, eggs, garlic,
parsley, salt and pepper with
ricotta. Fill mushroom caps
with the mixture. Place in but-
tered baking dish. Drizzle olive
oil over tops and sprinkle with
grated cheese. Bake, un-
covered, about 20 min.

consider their agreement to

In a statement signed by

Goldmuntz, chairman of its
energy committee, the AJ-
Committee noted that while
it recognized the need to re-
duce the projected budget
deficit, "short-term budget
considerations must not be

national security deci-
