Detroit's Parking De-
partment has instituted the
"Tiger Express," a new
park-and-ride service from
the First and Bagley Gar-
age downtown, just minutes
to Tiger Stadium. The serv-
ice will operate for all re-
maining Tiger home games.
For a nominal fee, Detroit
Tiger fans can park in the
convenient, well-lit First
Bagley Garage (across from
Edison Plaza) and hop
aboard a free "Tiger Ex-
press" bus for the five-
minute ride to Tiger
Stadium — return trip in-
cluded.
"Tiger Express" buses
will run continuously from
11/2 hours before the game
until 1 1/2 hours after the
game is over, or called off.
Buses will run continuously
before, during and after the
game.
The First and Bagley
Garage main entrance is on
Second between Bagley and
Edison Plaza Drive. For
"Tiger Express" informa-
tion, call the Detroit Munic-
ipal Parking Department,
224-0300.
