ZOD Hosting Lebanon Roundtable

The Zionist Organization
of America, Metro Detroit
District, will present "Syria
and Lebanon: Recent De-
velopments, Problems, and
Issues" 8 p.m. Wednesday at,
the Zionist Cultural Center.
The program features a
panel consisting of Sherwin
Tukel (ZOA), Marcel Hage
(American Lebanese
League), Michael Drissman
(The Jewish Idea), and
Mark Prussian (Students

for Israel at Wayne Univer-
sity).

It will be moderated by
Leon Warshay (ZOA) with a
roundtable format which
emphasizes audience par-
ticipation in an informal
setting with refreshments.

Garden. Rabbi M. Robert
Syme performed the cere-

The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Richard
Kopke of Grosse Pointe
Farms and Mr. Stephen J.
Spiegel of St. Charles, Mo.
The groom is the son of Mr.
and Mrs. Donald Ritten of
West Bloomfield.
Lisa Spiegel was maid of
honor and the bride's atten-
dants were Jana Loy, Sandy
Strubank, Sydne Kalet and
Edee Ritten.. Flowergirls
were Jessica Solomon and
Lisa and Christine Lamont.
Mitch Hollander was best
man and ushers were Mike
and Steve Spiegel, Peter
Kopke, Marshall Solomon
and Les Ruskin.
Following a honeymoon
in Hawaii the couple will
reside in Ferndale.

became the bride of Kai
Boge Larsen in a ceremony
in Honolulu performed by
Rabbi Magid of Temple
Emanuel, Honolulu.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Lou (Har-
riet) Perlman of Southfield.
The groom is the son of Mrs.
Carla Larsen of Koge, De-
nmark and the late Marius
Larsen.
Following a Hawaiian
honeymoon, the couple will
reside in Boca Raton, Fla.

tein and Shmuel Good-
man were married in a re-
cent ceremony at New
York's 770 Lubavitch Con-
gregation. Rabbi Heckt of-
ficiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Morris
(Miriam) Rubenstein of
Livonia. The groom is the
son of Mr. Hyman Goodman
of New York.
The bride's attendants in-
cluded Mrs. Toba Abrin,
Celia and Hannah Rubens-
tein, and the groom's sis-
ters, Bobra, Heline and
Robbyn.

and Bernard and David
Rubenstein.
The couple honeymooned
and will reside in New
York.
