Dr. Korey Will Speak
at Parlors for BB Youth

Dr. William Korey, direc-
tor of International Policy
Research for Bnai Brith In-
ternational and

authority for Soviet Jewish
affairs and global human
rights, will be featured this
month at two Bnai Brith
Foundation parlor meetings
on behalf of the Youth Serv-
ices Appeal.
Centiniel Lodge will host
the first meeting 8 p.m.
Wednesday at the home of
David and Arlene Bittker of
Orchard Lake. The second
meeting will take place 8
p.m. Thursday, hosted by
Alex and Harriet Ornstein
of Farmington Hills.

The Bnai Brith Women's
Council of Metropolitan De-
troit will have a luncheon
parlor meeting at noon Aug.
8 in the home of Marlene
Borman, 1346 Ardmoor Dr.,
Birmingham. This meeting
precedes the opening of the
Bnai Brith Women's Youth
and Services Appeal Cam-
paign.
Funds raised at the parlor
meeting will help to support
the youth serving agencies
of Bnai Brith Women,
which include the Bnai
Brith Youth Organization,
the Hillel Foundations on
college campuses and the
Bnai Brith Women's Chil-
dren's Home in Israel.

BBYO Elects Henry Gutter

The Michigan BBYO
Board of Directors elected
Henry Gutter chairman at
its recent annual meeting.
Gutter has served as
president of his Bnai Brith
Couplets Unit and as an
officer on the Metropolitan
Detroit Bnai Brith Council.
He has served as a member
of the Michigan BBYO
Board for four years and has
served the last two as vice
chairman.
