11/2 lbs. carp, sliced
2 onions, thinly sliced
2 lemons, sliced
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsps. salt
2 cups water
1 /3 cup lemon juice
Combine demons, lemon
juice, onions, sugar, water and
salt and place over fish in a
large pot. Cover and cook on a
low flame for 35 minutes. Re-
move fish carefully and chill.
