cent article on the Saudi
military in Aviation Week
and Space Technology mag-
azine.
"Saudi officers contin-
ually point out that they are
not an enemy of Israel," the
article said. But the Saudis
do oppose "Zionism that is
expansionist in nature."
Saudi Arabia also worries
about U.S. moves to appease
Israel, the article indicated.
The magazine quoted a
Saudi official as saying that
"If the U.S., because of the
Jewish bloc in the Congress,
falters in its security assis-
