mended the volunteers for
bringing friendship and a
sense of Jewish pride to
more than 200 elderly Jews
who live in Detroit's inner
city. Miriam Iwrey, assis-
tant project director of Citi-
zens for Better Care, ad-
dressed the gathering. Faye
Menczer, Project Outreach
staff worker, presented pins
to the volunteers. Volunteer
coordinator Joe LaPides as-
sisted in planning.

United Hebrew Schools
building.

Holocaust of the Greater
Detroit Round Table of the
National Conference of

Christians and Jews and
the Holocaust Memorial
Center of Greater Detroit.
