The Jewish Week, of
Washingtcn, D.C., reported

granted the visas "as a re-
sult of pressure" from the
Natiorial Association of
Realtors, an American
organization. The Israel
Mission to the United Na-
tions confirmed the report.
JERUSALEM (JTA) —
One of the largest and most
luxurious synagogue-
complexes in Israel was
dedicated in the Vishnitz
Hasidic sector of Bnei Brak
recently.
The Vishnitz Rebbe,
Moshe Hager, and Belgian

Reforms Affect
Jewish Agency
JERUSALEM (JTA) —
Jewish Agency Treasurer
Akiva Levinsky said that
reforms in the way the
United Jewish Appeal allo-
cates funds for social needs
in Israel is having a positive
effect on the agency's fiscal
situation.
He said there were signs
that the cumulative deficit
is shrinking, and interest
payments are smaller.
