NEW YORK — The Is-
rael Ballet will appear in 40
cities from March to May
1984, according to Van
Joyce, president of the Joyce
Agency of New York City
which is handling the tour.
The tour, which will be
the most extensive of any
Israeli performing arts
company will include ap-
pearances in major cities

stalled as president of Tem-
ple Kol Ami at Shabat serv-
ices last week.
Elected with her were:
Richard Lenter, Gerald
Wigod and Dr. Joel Forman,
vice presidents; Stephen
Strome, secretary; and Dr.
Daniel H. Cohen, treasurer.
New board members are:
Bruce Binstok, Nina Chud-
nof, Renee Epstein, Irwin
Fenster, Sidney Frank, Dr.
George Kates, Jo Ann Ko-
van, Sidney Moss and Mel-
vin Pearl.
The outgoing officers
were honored.

it won firt prize for
choreography at the Inter-
national Dance Festival at
Santiago, Chile. The work

"Dvorak Variations" by
Berta Yampolsky, co-
founder of the company, will
be performed during the
1984 tour.
