Congregation services 9:45
a.m. Saturday. All youth

last Junior Congregation
service for the current sea-
son.

nual Cedar Point trip are
now being accepted. The
group will go June 12. There

Isaiah Minkoff Dies at 82

NEW YORK — Isaiah M.
Minkoff, retired executive
vice chairman of the Na-
tional Jewish Community
Relations Advisory Council,
died May 10 at age 82.
Mr. Minkoff served the
NJCRAC for 40 years. He
led efforts that resulted in
the Fair Practices Employ-
ment Commission, the
Leadership Conference on
Civil. Rights and changes in
American immigration
laws.
Born in Warsaw, Mr.
Minkoff came to the U.S. in
1922 and earned a
bachelor's degree at the
University of California at
Berkley. He was active in
the Labor and Liberal Par-
