2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
bread crumbs with 1/2 tsp. pap-
rika
oil
Mix eggs, water and onion
soup in one bowl, bread
crumbs in another. Dip chic-
ken in egg mixture, then
crumbs. Put in a greased shal-
low pan and sprinkle some oil
on top. Bake in oven 45 min-
utes. Serves 4.
