Symphony Orchestra cellist
Marcy Chanteaux in the
"Trio" piece. "Prayer," dedi-
cated to Tickton, will be per-
formed by him on the organ.
Four choirs under the di-
rection of Mrs. Tickton will
perform. Selections by Er-
nest Bloch, Irving Berlin,
-Tickton, Cantor David Be-
nedict, Max Janowski and
Cantor William Sharlin
also will be included in the
program.

Metropolitan Opera sol-
oist and baritone William
Warfield will sing the
"Elijah" oratorio by
Mendelssohn. He will be
accompanied by the
Kenneth Jewell Chorale,
directed by Eric
Freudigman, and the
Bushnell Chancel Choir.
Members of the Detroit
Symphony Orchestra
will accompany the
production under the di-
rection of Prof. Ray Fer-
guson.
Tickton has coordinated
the program at which Rabbi
Schwartz will again serve
as narrator.
The music festival is
sponsored by the Sandra T.
Bloom Memorial Music
Fund. The public is invited
free of charge.
In conjunction with the
anniversary weekend,
Temple Beth El has dedi-
cated its just-published
1983 New Dimensions
yearbook to the Ticktons.
