1 8-oz. pkg. Philadelphia
Brand cream cheese, sof-
tened
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 /2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
3 cups (6 ozs.) noodles,
cooked, drained
2 tbsps. corn flake crumbs
Combine cream cheese, cot-
tage cheese, eggs and sea-
sonings, mixing until well
blended. Add noodles; mix
lightly. Sprinkle greased
4 1/2-cup ring mold with
crumbs; spoon mixture into
mold. Bake at 375 degrees, 30
minutes. Invert onto serving
plate. Makes 6-8 servings.
Variation: Substitute dry
bread crumbs for corn flake
crumbs.
