WAKE UP AMERICA .. .
U.S. HAS BEEN INVADED!

WE ARE BEING DESTROYED FROM WITHIN. WE NEED YOUR HELP?

Yes, our beloved country has been invaded by Foreign Governments by their Imports of
TRUCKS, CARS, MOTORCYLCES, STEEL, TV SETS, RADIOS, CLOTHING, COMPUTERS
etc.
America faces economic disaster if we don't put a stop or curb them immediately. Multi-
millions of jobs have been lost because of this invasion. Social and education benefits are
being reduced and more taxes imposed because of our loss of revenue from these unemployed
workers.
Our President and Congress are spending 239 BILLION DOLLARS for defense. What good
are these missiles, ships, planes, tanks, guns and other defense materials when we are
being destroyed from within?
The Administration and The U.S. Congress has been unsuccessful in their every attempt to stop
this economic invasion. The time has come for a bold new approach for survival. An approach
which will require the support of the News media, labor, industry, government and, most of all, the
publit.
Our bold, new approach to put all Americans back to work are spelled out in the following
proposals.

THE TWO PROPOSALS ARE:
PROPOSAL #1
Propose that the U.S. Congress pass a bill permitting everyone who purchases a new U.S. built
car or truck to deduct that amount (up to $10,000.00, less trade-in) for the years 1983 and 1984.
(Only one car per person). No deduction on Social Security.
This act of Congress with The President's blessings will stimulate and encouarage automobile
sales which will result in the sales of additional millions of U.S. built automobiles. In turn,
millions of unemployed automotive workers, steel workers and workers of suppliers of the auto
industry and allied fields will be re-hired.

PROPOSAL #2
Propose that individuals be allowed to buy home mortgage bonds from Savings and Loans
Institutions and Banks tax-free for a period of ten years. These tax free bonds should be
earmarked only for home mortgages.
This proposal should also be enacted by the U.S. Congress with the support of the President of
the United States.
These untaxed mortgage bonds would pay investors 8 1/2% with 1 1 /2% to loaning institutions for
processing the bonds etc. These bonds would be guaranteed by the U.S. Government and
would enable home buyers to obtain home mortgages at only 10% which would stimulate the
industry at no risk to the financial institutions. This will stimulate the housing industry (both new and
used) and enable builders and the building trade workers such as electricians, carpenters,
plumbers, bricklayers and their suppliers to once again become sources of employment which will,
in turn, stimulate the economy and pay taxes. This turn around in the housing industry will also help
manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of furniture, plumbing, electrical appliances, TV's and all
other related supplier companies to flourish and re-hire the unemployed.

ATTENTION WORKING AMERICANS!

You too will benefit by the passing of the above two proposals.
1.You will get up to $10,000 deduction from your yearly income by purchasing a new U.S.
built car or truck.
2. You can purchase a new or used home at only 10% mortgage rate.
3. You will insure the security of your business or job by making our economy strong and
moving again.

The opponents of these two proposals will probably point to the loss of Billions of dollars in tax
revenue to the government. It is important to point out that MANY MORE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS
OF TAX REVENUE WILL BE GENERATED by these proposals not lost.
The proposals will result in an increase tax revenue from the additional millions of people
employed; from the millions of dollars saved by not having to support those unemployed
persons on welfare, ADC and unemployment compensation plus additional taxes paid by em-
ployers from ! the extra profit made, most importantly, curb or stop the economic disaster we,
in this country, are now facing.
HOW DO WE GET THESE IMPORTANT PROPOSALS ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS OF
THE UNITED SATES WITH THE SUPPORT OF THE PRESIDENT? We can do this by sending a
postcard or fill out the proposed form below. HAVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS SEND ONE IN
ALSO. These postcards should simply demand that Proposals #1 and #2 be introduced into both
houses of Congress and passed by June 30, 1983 or these legislators will be voted out of office.

Early Signs of Final Solution' Reported

NEW YORK (JTA) —
British military intelli-
gence knew as early as July
, 18, 1941, the daily details of
the Nazis' "final solution"
against Soviet Jews as well
as the mass killings of Rus-
sian soldiers and other
non-Jewish Soviet peoples.
British codebreaking op-
erations — called ULTRA
and Triangle — were im-
mediately distributed to
Prime Minister Winston
Churchill as- well as to the
French and, possibly,
American intelligence.
These revelations are
contained in a detailed arti-
cle by Charles Allen, Jr. in
the spring issue of Reform
Judaism, the nationally cir-
culated magazine of the
Union_ of American Hebrew
Congregations, that will be
out in June. An advance
copy of the article was made
available to the Jewish
Telegraphic Agency.
Allen is a journalist
who is internationally
known for his work on
Nazi war criminals and
their utilization by
American intelligence
agencies.

Last month he wrote a
three-part series on gestapo
chief Klaus Barbie, the
"butcher of Lyon," and how
American intelligence
aided his escape in 1951 to
Latin America.
The series, which was
given worldwide distribu-
tion by the press, radio and
TV, also detailed the help
Barbie received at the time
from the Vatican and the
International Red Cross as
well as his later employ-
ment by the CIA.
Allen's evidence for his
article in Reform Judaism
was gathered from a little-
read series of massively de-
tailed studies called
"British Intelligence in the
Second World War" (1981).
Some of the major finding
are:
• Item: "Between 18 July
and 30 Aug., 1941
(Ordnungspolizei/SS) police
decrypts (British decipher-
ings of the SS secret code) on
at least seven occasions
gave details of mass shoot-
ings in the central sector (of
European Russia) of victims
variously described as
`Jews,' Jewish plunderers,'
or 'Russian soldiers' in
numbers varying from less
than a hundred to several
thousand."
• Item: "On 7 Aug. 1941,

Gets New Wing,
Ultrasound Units

NEW YORK — Earlier
this month, the Chief Rabbi
of Haifa, Shaar-Yishuv
Hacohen, affixed a mezuza
onto the doorpost of the
newly built west wing of the
Haifa City Medical Center.
In addition, two modern
ultrasound units were re-
cently donated by friends of
the hospital and the Haifa
City Medical Center is now
the first hospital in the
Middle East to provide pre-
natal diagnosis of cardial
malformations.

central sector, reported that
30,000 executions had been
carried out since the police
arrived in Russia . . ."
• Item: ". . on Sept. 12,
1941 . . . near Ovruch,
Police Regiment South dis-
posed of 1,255 Jews 'accord-
ing to the usage of war.' "
British decrypts of Nazi
Army, SS and col-
laborator military-police
units revealed the details
of massive impressment
of Soviet citizens for
slave labor in the Third
Reich.

The study — Appendiz V
in Volume Two of the
three-volume set — also
shows that daily informa-
tion on "the daily return of
prisoners at Dachau,
Buchenwald, Auschwitz
and seven other concentra-
tion camps" were carefully
logged by British intelli-
gence which kept popula-
tion rosters on the camps
from 1942.

Significant reductions in
camp populations were ac-
counted for "primarily by
deaths." In Auschwitz, the
British (incorrectly) in
ferred from the reports, "ill-

ness" was the "main cause
of deaths, but (this) in-
cluded . . . shootings and
hangings."
The study stated: "There
were no references in the
(SS police) decrypts to gas-
sing." As the years passed,
references to the concentra-
tion and death camps be-
came-"infrequent."
As early as the fall of
1941, an SS chief in Berlin
"warned police com-
manders throughout
Russia that there was a
danger that matters of
great secrecy, such as the
exact number of execu-
tions, might be de-
ciphered by the enemy."

This alarm neither deter-
red the Nazis nor prompted
the British (French and
Americans) to reveal the
"terrible secret."
Allen wrote in Reform
Judaism that virtually all of
the authoritative studies on
the Holocaust will have to
undergo "considerable re-
writing" for having "failed
to take into account the cer-
tain and earliest knowledge
that was (and remains) con-
tained in ULTRA and
Triangle."

Allen concluded: "Loom-
ing even larger and far more
scandalous than the Allied
failure to bomb the rail lines
into Auschwitz are the 'ter-
rible secrets' of ULTRA and
Triangle which, if fully re-
leased, will unleash a verit-
able hurricane in the post-
Holocaust world."

And It Only Took a Moment

Holocaust Survivors in Washington, D.C., based on
the experiences of her husband, Steve, who is a sur-
vivor.
First thing in the morning,
As the sun rose in the sky,
I heard the sound of tanks,
I heard my mother cry,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

I was taken from my home,
Never to see my family again,
Put into a work camp,
By an army of cruel men,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

Then there were the concentration camps,
The smell of burning flesh,
The number tatooed on my arm,
And to die a daily wish,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

The years passed so slowly,.
Will this hell go on forever?
Then came the day of liberation,
The American Army the saviour,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

When the outward scars were healed,
Where would my home be?
Israel, Australia, back to Poland,
Or America, the home of the free,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

I made my new home in America,
And became a citizen of the U.S.A.,
Got married and raised a family,
And gave thanks for every day,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.

Oh, the memories, how they linger on,
I cry out in my sleep,
My life is so very good now,
But my memories make me weep,
And it only took a moment for my whole life to change.
