8 medium potatoes, mashed
margarine
salt and pepper
paprika

21/2 lbs. ground meat
1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg plus water to make 3/4
cup
3/4 cup tomato juice
3 tbsps. parsley, chopped
2 carrots, grated
1 small tomato, diced
2 stalks celery, chopped
Combine potatoes, mar-
garine, salt and pepper to
taste. Set aside. MIX all remain-
ing ingredients together. Put
into a greased 9x13 pan. Top
with mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle top with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Serves 6-8.
