Competition for the AZA
Basketball League con-
tinues Sunday at Oakland
Community College, Or-
chard Ridge campus. At 10
a.m., Hart will play Goode
and Rose will play ,Jolson.
At 11 a.m., Kennedy/Benny
will play Beber and Akiba
will play Samson. Rose AZA
leads Division I with a 5-1
record while Wallenberg
AZA leads Division II with a
6-1 record.
The BBG Volleyball
League will also play Sun-
day morning at Oakland
Community College. At 9
a.m., Brice will play Sav-
age. At 10 a.m., Machar will
play Shalom Aviv and at 11
a.m., Brice will play Shira.
Machar BBG is in first place
in the volleyball league
with a 12-3 record.
At the AZA and BBG,
council meetings, Monday
and Tuesday respectively,
at the Bnai Brith building

Kollin and Felissa Burns
will present their recom-

declarations and nomina-

positions. The elections will
be held at the Elections
Training Conclave May

its annual Mr. AZA Ice-
Cream Social 7 p.m. April
20 at Thompson Middle
School in Southfield. All
AZA and BBG members
are invited. There is a

tions Training Conclave,

selected for the weekend is
"You Are the Leader of
Your Life." The program
will feature leadership
training for newly-elected
chapter officers as well as

Wins Math Prize
Ron Lev, son of Dr. and
Mrs. Amos Lev and a senior
at Southfield-Lathrup High
School, won the silver
award and a $400 schol-
arship in the annual state
mathematics prize competi-
tion.
This is the fourth year
that Lev has been a winner
in the competitiOn and the
second year he received the
silver award.
