1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1 cup yogurt
4 large eggs
2 tbsps. brown sugar
1/2 cup matza cake meal
2 tsp. potato starch
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
corn oil
Mix all ingredients together
in a food processor. Drop by
the teaspoonful into hot corn
oil. Serve with applesauce.
Serves 4.

conduct an all-day sym-
posium April 17 entitled
"Once More . . . With Feel-
ing" for SPACE, a non-
sectarian community serv-
ice of National Council of
Jewish Women Greater De-
troit Section.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. at
Southfield High School, the
symposium, co-sponsored
by . Southfield Public
Schools Community Service
Department, will discuss
new relationships.
The program will mix lec-
tures by Dr. Weisinger with
small group discussions, led
