hours in length, educates
the public about specific

The Southfield Public Li-
brary will offer special pro-
grams for school children
during next week's spring
recess.
The library will present
the films "The Contest Kid"
and "Me and You,
Kangaroo" Monday at 2
p.m. On Tuesday at 2 p.m.,
the Pippin Puppets will
stage two shows; "Spring
Cleaning Time" and "Cook-
ing with Chef Pierre Straw-
berries."
"The Muppet Movie" will
be shown at 2 p.m. and 9

p.m. on Wednesday and a
kite workshop will be held
at 2 p.m. on Thursday.
There is a nominal charge to
cover materials for the kite
workshop and pre-
registration is necessary.
The film "The Rag Tag
Champs" will be shown at 2
p.m. Friday. All programs
