1 clove garlic
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 cup cooked beets, sliced
2 cups carrots, diced
2 cups celery, diced
1/2 cup radishes, sliced
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper, to taste
Rub bowl with garlic. Mix all
vegetables. Add cheese, sour
cream and seasoning. Yield: 6
to 8 servings.

SWEET AND SOUR
CHICKEN RECIPE
2 fryers, cut in eights
8 oz. Russian or French Dres-
sing
10 oz. jar apricot preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
Mix the dressing, preserves
and soup-- mix together.- Pour
over chicken. Chicken should
be placed in 3-quart baking
dish, skin side up. Bake, un-
covered (last's of time) In 350
degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

APPLE KUGEL
6 large apples
6 eggs, separated
tsp. salt
11/2 cups matza meal
11/2 cups cold water
6 tbsps. oil
11/2 tsp. cinnamon

apples. Separate eggs; beat
yolks with salt, matza meal,
water and oil. Beat egg whites
until stiff. Fold into yolk mix-
