Heights, Ohio, Rosenberg
was graduated with a BS
degree in economics from
the Wharton' School of Fi-
nance at the University of
Pennsylvania in 1942. He
entered the United States
Navy, serving as a lieuten-
ant.
In 1948, he went to Israel
as adviser to its navy and
served as chief of communi-
cations and electronics with
the rank of lieutenant col-
onel until 1952. He re-
turned to the United States
becoming vice president in
charge of international op-
erations of Dayco Corp..(the
parent company of Israel's
Alliance Tire and Rubber
Ltd.) and then assuming the
position of executive vice
president and chief operat-
ing officer of Josam Man-
ufacturing Co.
In 1972, he received a MS
degree in business from In-
diana University and after
immigrating to Israel in
