grapefruit juice, under the
Farm Maid label.

bags.
International Automated
Machines Co. of Perrys-
burg, Ohio, is producing
kosher-for-Passover Brazi-

Tian coffee in portion con-
trolled packets, for institu-
tional use.

Rabbi Jack Goldman,
administrator of the
Kashrut council, pointed
out that kosher-for-
Passover products re-
quire special handling
and - usually must be
clearly designated - as
such by special labeling.
One should not presume
that if a company pro-
duces Passover products
that all of its products are
suitable for Passover use.

On the other hand, some
products are kosher for
Passover and do not require
any special labeling at all.
Inquiries regarding
Passover foods should be
addressed to a competent
Orthodox rabbinic
authority. The Metropoli-
tan Kashruth Council office
is open daily during busi-
ness hours. For kashrut in-
quiries, call the Kashruth
Council, 855-4324.
