Dr. Philip N. Cascade was
recently named chairman of
radiology at Sinai Hospital
of Detroit, and Dr. Harold
Perry was named chairman
of radiation therapy.
Dr. Cascade previously
had been associate chair-
man of radiology and chief
of the diagnostic radiology
section.
He is a clinical assistant
professor of radiology at
Wayne State University
School of Medicine.

Dr. Cascade is a fellow
of the American College
of Radiology, the Ameri-
can College of Chest
Physicians and the
American College of
Cardiology and a
member of numerous
other medical societies.
He also acts as a coun-
selor for southeast
Michigan for the
Radiological Society of
North America.

Wayne State University
School of Medicine in 1965
and completed his residency
at Henry Ford Hospital in
1969.
Dr. Cascade succeeds Dr.
Maurice Tatelman, under
whose 14-year leadership
the department's medical
staff tripled in size. Dr.
Tatelman will remain on
Sinai's staff full time as one
of three neuroradiologists.
Dr. Perry will be the first
chairman of the new de-
partment of radiation
therapy. He previously had
been chief of therapeutic
radiology.

Network.
.Dr. Perry was graduated
from Howard University
College of Medicine, Wash-
ington, D.C., in 1948 and
completed a radiology resi-
dency at Freedmens Hospi-
tal, Washington, D.C., in
1952. He also completed a
residency and fellowship in
radiation therapy at Memo-
rial Hospital for Cancer and
Allied Diseases, New York
City, in 1957.
