Prentis Manor, offering daily therapeutic services for impaired Jewish elderly. The new program is de- signed to serve the Jewish aged who have varying levels of mental and physi- cal disabilities. A central feature of the program is the desire to provide a period of respite for family care- givers. JERUSALEM (JTA) — A delegation of members of the Parliament of Europe concluded a dialogue with Knesset members on an un- certain note last Thursday. Tobe Nielsen of De- nmark, chairman of the group, observed that rela- tions between Israel and West European nations are not as good as they should be. The delegates suggested that relations would return to normal once Israel pulled its troops out of Lebanon. They rejected economic sanctions against Israel.
